BATTERIES – ORIGINAL POETRY WRITTEN BY RALPH FORNOLES – INSPIRED BY MISERY – 11/27/09

Misery needs company.

No wonder she can’t find me!

I see you from afar,

you crashed your car,

the second day of the second time we tried,

I’m deep fried.

There won’t be a number 3.

One and two yield the same result,

this time, I’m fine – above any insult

The road is high

m future is bright,,

and it just might,

not include you.

WAIT – ORIGINAL POETRY BY RALPH FORNOLES – INSPIRED BY HOW I WAS FEELING OCTOBER 1, 2003

WAIT

WAIT

WAIT FOR THE ONE THAT DIGS YOUR STYLE

EVEN IF IT TAKES HER A LONG WHILE.

WAIT FOR THAT ONE

WHO MAKES EVERYTHING FUN

THE ONE WHO IS AT THE BEACH WITH YOU

ENDLESSLY, DIRECTLY TANNED BY THE SUN.

WHEN YOU JUST KNOW THAT LOOK IN HER EYE,

BEING PROUD TO SAY THAT YOU ARE HER GUY.

A GIRL THAT MAKES YOU THAT HAPPY INSIDE,

A GIRL THATS NOT PERFECT, AND YOUR TRUST YOU CAN FULLY CONFIDE.

MOST IMPORTANTLY

WAIT, AH YES, WAIT FOR THE GIRL.

WAIT FOR THE …

CONTROL – ORIGINAL POETRY WRITTEN BY RALPH FORNOLES 11/22/09 – INSPIRED BY ROBIN FENTY, AND JEMSTER.

TAKE CONTROL

TAKE CONTROL

Have you ever been on the driver side

of suicide?

If your him, if your her,

your just a passenger.

Take a ride,

with what we call behind the wheel.

Your mind would morph to an even-keel.

And critics are mad,

delirious of morbid poetry.

Nothing is sweet of certain soliloquy’s,

Pain is never sugar-free.

Leave that to the happy.

Im the one that adds ‘urn’

as a suffix,

unless you know a better fix.…

EDGE OF DESIRE – ORIGINAL POETRY WRITTEN BY RALPH P. FORNOLES, 11/21/09 – INSPIRED BY MUSIC, WALKMANS, IPODS, AND PLAYLISTS.

DESIRE

DESIRE

This is the first time we meet,

and now we find ourselves on repeat.

Have a seat,

your in my head,

permanently.

A memory,

Indelibly.

More than this here ink,

to think,

years later, this song will take me to a place,

with just a blink.

You were here,

and I could have, everywhere,

this is just a smear

of a song, and overtime I hear…

#2 – Original poetry written by Ralph Fornoles

I wrote this on pencil,
the words might not stand still,
But still I trace,
in case,
I have to erase
memories that live vicariously
utterly in infinity.
And then it’s broken,
so what’s the point?
now i’m looking for her,
not you, a sharpener.
I put it back behind my ear,
after I wrote down what I hear,
in my head…

Fantasy – original poetry written by Ralph Fornoles 11/19/09

This girl
says I won’t make in the real world
REALLY?
Perhaps I shouldn’t take it personally.
I WON’T! Because it’s all within a fantasy,
a facade, that in reality,
I find odd-
At first I thought it was me.
At second thought, it couuldn’t be.
At third, it was plain to see
quite possibly,
IT’S EVERYBODY.
It’s an impossibility.
Albeit it does “get to me.”
It gets me to write all this poetry!

ALARM CLOCK – Original poetry by Pino44

I appreciate the concern – EVERYONE & EVERYBODY.
It’s so unhealthy, you’re dying, early.
Pardon me,
but the last time I checked, you weren’t.
What I meant,
I’m aware we use the same air.
Yet we take different breaths.
I try to beat life, since we can’t cheat death,
simply to expand my breadth.
While some of you are alive, you might as well be asleep;
Whereas my knowledge is that deep,
your comparison is your end is six feet.
Underground
LOOK AROUND
Stay awake,
wake up,
and smell what …
