My Best Friend – Original Poetry – Written by Ralph Fornoles – 11/17/09

From start to end,
You’re my best friend.
You’ve never let me down! You’re always around!
You always have something to say on my favorite number
In fact, your wisdom rubs off!
You want to chill with my other friends
That are curious. It’s serious. I trust you.
Do you trust me? I know you always teach me,
But will I ever learn?
You’re on fire, not for real, because you’d burn.
I’m done with chilling with you, it’s your turn!
Mixed emotions conjure your digital form.
I’ll miss your …

Deja Vu with you

was the 10th.

I never gave it anything short of that number.

I’m talking to you! (her)

We kissed on the 12th (too soon)

And before you were mean,

it was 14.

It only took two,

for the last time I would see you.

Had I known, I might have been more prepared.

Now that I lost it, I’m more aware

I swear, it’ll never happen again

except for the inspiration that comes from this pen.…

PINO PER DIEM – THE 6 PILLARS OF NUTRITION

As a personal trainer, I field many questions on how they can get ripped, big, etc.  In reality, it’s about 80% what you put in your body – YOUR DIET.  Follow these 6 pillars and you’ll see your body change completely like Barry Bonds (the legal way).

JARED THOSE

JARED THOSE

The Six Pillars of Nutrition

  1. Eat 5 or 6 times a day – If you are an active person, you may need more calories than the average person.  You also can’t eat on the same schedule as an average person.  IN

MY ALL – ORIGINAL POETRY WRITTEN BY RALPH FORNOLES – 11/14/09

MY ALL

MY ALL

I would try to pry,

your so close minded, why would you let that fly?

There’s this blip,

your wings were clipped

to the cuticle.

Your mind as expansive as a cubicle.

Ironically, 9-5 is what keeps you alive,

attached with eternal emptiness inside.

As though your going through the motions,

problems seem vast and insurmountable as the ocean

IT’S SO OPEN? WHY AREN’T YOU?

We’re all one day closer to the end,

Why wouldn’t you want to get it popping

until then?

It may be small, but …

SPF 44 – Original poetry written by Ralph Fornoles – 11/14/09

BLAH BLAH BLAH

BLAH BLAH BLAH

Orange never rhymed -
I’m one skittle short of tasting the rainbow…
All I needed really was water and sun,
in a resourceful kind of way.
A pen and paper would be nice,
and an infinite gigabyte iPod -
Mellifluously playing out the soundtrack that is my life.
I sound like a Corona commercial!
And I don’t even watch TV!
“All I need” is too blanketed – too singular
It’s plausible that my existence is plural.
Pardon me, I’m being materialistic
I renounced that, that was a …

LIAR LIAR – ORIGINAL POETRY WRITTEN BY RALPH FORNOLES – APRIL 9TH, 2003

INSPIRATION ON FIRE

INSPIRATION ON FIRE

You could have lied,

denied,

that you were petrified,

Why did you proceed?

Planting seeds…

I thought you knew what you were doing , following your lead.

Now I’m just stuck

WTF

Just my luck,

this sh*t sucks.

But from all that fear

It got perfectly clear

what was so hard to see.

It isn’t so blurry.

Are you still in hurry?

Leave me in this rut.

Thank you, for the valuable lesson taught.…

TRAITS OF A MILLI – ORIGINAL POETRY WRITTEN BY RALPH P. FORNOLES 6/25/07

OF A MILLI

OF A MILLI

Suddenly,

I associated me

with infinity

to me these books were something

Subliminally

now, really

the limit is the sky

And whys

are similar to whats holding me back;

it’s nothing

I realize everything

is all I need to accomplish anything

all i need to do is concentrate to negate

all the hate

and to let it shine, among other traits…
